General Policy

All coaching fees are non-refundable once sessions have began. This policy exists because coaching requires your full commitment and engagement to achieve meaningful results.

Cancellations Before Coaching Begins

​

If you wish to cancel you participation before your first session, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. After this period, all payments are final.

Session Rescheduling

​

We understand that life can be unpredictable. In case of medical emergencies, family crises, or other exceptional situations, refund or credits may be considered on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of the coach.

While we are dedicated to providing tools and guidance for transformation, your results depend on your personal effort and application. Therefore, no guarantees of specific outcomes are made or implied.
